Return Request Process
To request a return, please send an email to support@selicorneon.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and the product
- Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 hours and provide further instructions.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters the shipping process (typically within 24 hours), it can no longer be canceled.
If the product has already shipped, you may still apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the package. See specific return policies below:
Custom vs. Non-Custom Product Policy
- Custom Products: Custom products (such as personalized neon signs with specific text, designs, or logos) are uniquely made and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or do not match the order. If your custom product has an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and provide the necessary proof. We will replace it free of charge.
- Non-Custom Products: If you change your mind after receiving a non-custom product, and it is unused and undamaged, you can apply for a return within 30 days. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. We will refund the full product value, but shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Policy
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, SELICOR will replace it free of charge and provide a pre-paid return shipping label. You will not incur any additional costs.
- Undamaged Product Returns (Non-Custom Products Only): If the product is unused and undamaged, you can request a return within 30 days. For such returns:
- We will refund the full product value.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom products without valid damage or order discrepancies.
- Products that have been used or whose packaging has been damaged.
- Return requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Full Refund Policy
We will provide a full refund under the following circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 7-21 days and returned to the original payment method (processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank):
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- If the shipping carrier loses the package.
Partial Refund Policy
For eligible undamaged non-custom products, if the customer requests a return due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), SELICOR will:
- Require the customer to return the product in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Refund the full value of the product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
